Delivery

Gift packaging and delivery is complimentary for all UK addresses. This is for a Standard Tracked Delivery Royal Mail 48 service. Dispatch is within 2-3 working days. We aim for same day if ordered before midday.
We are trying to make to make gifting as easy as possible but understandably with several personalised elements unique to each order (ribbon and notecard) we need a little time to make things extra special for your recipient. We hope you feel this is worth the momentary delay.

We do not currently ship outside the UK as standard, but it is very important to us, as From Afar is inspired by long-distance love. If you would like to ship overseas, please email hello@from-afar.co detailing which package you would like to send and to what address and we will provide you with a personalised international shipping cost.

Order Personalisation

Once you ‘ADD TO CART’ please note the ORDER SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS box.
Please type the words/name/phrase/initials that you would like at each end of your bespoke ribbon (maximum 5 words at each end). For inspiration, we love to put a first name on one end, and a small phrase like “PS. I love you on the other.” But make it as personal and touching as you like,
this is a keepsake and will be an important element to your recipients gift.
If purchasing the NOSTALGIA SET, please email hello@from-afar.co with your name and your hi res photo to be printed and set within the 5x7” frame. This will be printed matte black and white at 4x6” size so there is a clear glass border around the edge of the frame. If you would like 5x7” (to fill the frame to the edge) please add this to your note.
