How are my items packaged?

We package each order as though it is from us to a loved one, that sense of surprise, of joy at being treated 'from afar,' is central to everything we do.

When treating a loved one, it's vital that every moment in the unboxing feels special. Each item is hand-wrapped with care, with attention to detail in every touchpoint, from the external box to the gift box itself, and sent with love on your behalf from the Cotswolds.

Our gift sets are well protected and designed ready to be gifted with no receipt or invoice in the packaging, so you can have them sent straight to the recipient’s door.

Packaging

We are working hard to ensure that our packaging is biodegradable, recyclable or compostable and we are 100% committed to doing so.

All our eternal cardboard boxes are FSC-certified and recyclable.

Our gift boxes are designed to be keepsakes for many years to come. For this reason we have intentionally not branded them so that they can have multiple uses. They are also fully recyclable.

Our double-faced monogrammed satin ribbon is a beautiful tie for our gift boxes but can also be used as handbag ties, wine glass name tags and napkin rings.

Our entire internal gift packaging, from nesting voice filler, folded tissue and present wrapping is all made from recycled paper and fully recyclable, as is our external paper tape.
